Has Coronavirus affected British Cheese Deli’s operations?

The IM Viadukt remains open to the public and we are operating as normal. We disinfect all surfaces of the shop on a regular basis. We are receiving weekly deliveries without any issues and the shop is fully stocked of most products. We will keep you updated of any changes.

What are your opening hours?

We always try to adapt our opening hours to balance shop opening hours and ensuring that our online deliveries are taken care of in a timely manner. Please check our contact section for our latest times.

Are my credit card details safe when using this website?

We use Stripe for all our online transactions and these are 100% secure encrypted. Furthermore, britishcheesedeli.ch does not store any credit cards details.

Do I have to register before ordering from britishcheesedeli.ch?

No, registration is optional, although it is free and there are benefits in doing so, just go ahead and create a profile and check it out!

Orders & Shipping

Can I place my order by phone?

Unfortunately, you cannot as the system does not allow it. You may create a new order and place a note to ship it together with the previous order and we will do our best to ship these together. You can also call the shop to make sure this happens.

How does the cheese get shipped?

Every cheese that you order is individually vacuum packed, then wrapped in waxed paper and neatly packed in a box then sent overnight.
