Frozen Packaged Goods

These products are dispatched frozen, and are packaged in a thermal bag to reduce thawing. However, they will all thaw out to various degrees. We advise against placing meat products back in the freezer upon arrival. Please refer to the suggestions on the packaging for each product, which may suggest a suitable time to be stored in the refrigerator.
