Our scones are hand baked by an amazing local baker. No preservatives are used, so they have a very short shelf life of 3 to 4 days. We keep them fresh by freezing them on the same day as they are baked. We thaw them out each day for packaging. We will always dispatch scones for orders at the very last minute, and they will always be thawed on the same day as dispatch to ensure that you receive the freshest scones.
