Sugrue "Rock Story" Sparkling Wine 75cl 12%

Rock Story is a multi-vintage English sparkling wine made for the table, blending 45% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 35% Chardonnay, with 40% reserve wines for added depth and complexity. Sourced from South Downs vineyards in East and West Sussex and beyond, including Mount Harry and Storrington Priory, it is fermented in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness. Bottled in March 2023 and aged for 18 months on lees before first disgorgement in September 2024, it offers a rich, satin-textured palate, fresh acidity and a gastronomic style, finished with a 6g/L dosage and 12% ABV.
